My handsome husband was craving my famous stuffing, but I didn't have all the ingredients! All I had in my fridge was leftover grilled chicken, cornbread, can biscuits (which I had baked earlier that morning) and chicken broth. I decided to make do. I mixed all the ingredients, put it in the oven, set it at 350 degrees and waited. It came out of the oven looking edible, but I wasn't sure about the taste. Nervous, we took a bite. It turned out pretty amazing. Paula Deen would be proud!
