Hi Paula I hope you are getting lots of responses about peanut butter. The recipe I sent you Peanut Butter Jalapeno Vinaigrette I used this weekend on a buffet salad using dried fruits, green onion, roasted chicken all tossed in the Peanut Butter Jalapeno Vinaigrette was a big hit. Chicken and Peanut Butter go so well together. Of course dried fruit goes with everything. Fresh fruit such as melons, berries, stone fruits (peaches, plums anything with a large seed) are indescribable with peanut butter. Live well-eat well. Janie Ebinger

I came home from school, hungry for an afternoon snack. I usually ate oodles of noodles, but today my mom made me something different. I got so excited when she pulled out the jar of peanut butter from the cupboard. That could only mean one thing. She was making Peanut butter and creamcheese dip with apples and almonds as I watched her make the delious dip my eyes wide open knowing how tasty it would be. We sat down together and dip in. Just like I expected it's peanut butter goodness! -
