My Daddy is the best dressing maker in the world. We are going to do a video when he makes it this year. He's 82 years old. He wrote it down for us, but when I make it, it's just not like his for some reason. He must have some secret ingredient he sneaks in! -

We actually make our dressing a little juicy, rather than heavy--almost soupy with the broth. It's so good with the mashed potatoes and giblet gravy on top! :) My favorite memories when I was little are our big family gatherings when we would have Mother's turkey, dressing and all the fixin's! My dressing is ok, but it's nowhere close to being as good as Mom's! -
